Things We Lost In The Hedgerow

And now to swat a few bustles out this gnarly hedgerow lest the May Queen reject our annual offering of spiced ale and boiled eggs in a seasonal green snit. Firstly, the later half of this year will finally see the release (as a glass master CD) of Song of Green that Echoes Through The Ice on the new Eleven Willows label out of the UK. Secondly, a batch of soggy solo recordings (Moon upon the Cross) from myself (Andrew Barrett, really?) will be forthcoming on the Alien Passengers label in cassette form. Thirdly, recordings (When to Eat the Mushroom) from Samantha Linn's band the Arch Mystics will also soon be released on vinyl via Japan. Details will be forthcoming on this torrent of sound. And lastly, please to enjoy this verdant mix made for the Synthetic Seasons blog as you sweep out the dead leaves: Twin The Fish To Face The Mirror or The King Is Dead, Long Live The King.

Aito Sells In

So, in some kind of spiral-guided attempt to further acknowledge the vari-tabbed, LCD hallucination that is INTERNET, without making i-contact with yonder leering SOCIAL NETWORK, we have put The Glittering Fish Were Stars and When A River Meets The Sea up for sale (digital download style) on this Bandcamp contraption. So visible yet intangible. Cue a little more consciousness multiplication.
